Name: James King
College: University College
I am a second year DPhil student in the Department of Earth Sciences researching Polygonal Fault Systems. My research has applications to structural geology, sub-surface fluid-flow, and the sealing integrity of fine-grained cap rocks which play a crucial role in sub-surface CO2 storage. I’m interested in everything energy, but especially energy economics and new energy technologies. I’m also a keen cyclist and have previously raced semi-professionally across the UK & Europe.
